Refund and Exchange Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 6, 2026

At OLSAT.net, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Refund and Exchange Policy applies to digital products and time-limited Practice Passes purchased directly from OLSAT.net and supplements rights provided by applicable consumer law.

1. Important Account-Use Rules

Consumer Practice Pass accounts are licensed for personal educational use by one individual or one family household. Using a consumer account for a school, tutoring business, learning center, company, or other organizational or commercial purpose is prohibited unless MAANHAAS LLC has provided written authorization or an appropriate organizational license. Contact us to discuss business or organizational access.

Account credentials and content may not be shared outside the authorized individual or family household. If usage patterns reasonably indicate credential sharing, automated access, or access by users outside the permitted household, OLSAT.net may investigate and restrict or block future access. When appropriate, we will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. These restrictions do not limit refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Thirty-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days after the original purchase date. Refund eligibility is reviewed separately for each purchased Practice Pass or digital product.

Unused Products

If the purchased product has not been used, you are eligible for a full refund. Signing in or viewing the account dashboard alone does not count as product use.

Used Products and Material Discrepancies

If the product was used and the learner later completed an administered OLSAT assessment, you may report a material discrepancy between the skills, formats, or question categories described in OLSAT.net’s published product description and those encountered on the assessment. After reviewing the request:

  • Full refund: We may provide a full refund if the purchased materials had no meaningful alignment with the skills, formats, or question categories represented in the applicable assessment and product description.
  • Partial refund of 30%–80%: We may provide a partial refund when there was some alignment but a material portion of the purchased product did not reasonably match its published description. The percentage is determined case by case based on the nature and extent of the discrepancy.

OLSAT.net provides independent, original practice materials and does not promise that its questions will duplicate secure official test questions. Do not send, reproduce, or describe secure examination questions when requesting review. General descriptions of formats, skills, or categories are sufficient.

Technical Failures

If a technical problem with the OLSAT.net website or platform prevented you from using the purchased product and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable period, you are eligible for a full refund. This does not cover problems caused solely by an unsupported device, an unavailable internet connection, or circumstances outside OLSAT.net’s reasonable control when the product’s technical requirements were disclosed before purchase.

3. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong grade or Practice Pass, contact us promptly. Where the requested product is available, we may exchange unused access without requiring another purchase. If an exchange is not available, we will apply the refund rules above.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact us: Email support@olsat.net or use the contact page available on OLSAT.net.
  2. Provide order details: Include the order number, purchasing email address, product or Practice Pass name, purchase date, whether you request a refund or exchange, and a clear explanation of the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate the order and review eligibility.
  3. Protect sensitive information: Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, children’s school records, or secure examination questions.

5. Review and Processing Time

Please allow up to three business days for our initial review. After we receive all information reasonably required to evaluate the request, we will approve, partially approve, or decline it and process any approved refund within five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

If we decline or partially approve a request, we will explain the decision. You may ask for further review by replying to that decision.

6. Multiple Purchases

Refund and exchange requests are handled separately for each Practice Pass or digital product. Eligibility, use, and any discrepancy will be reviewed for each item independently.

7. One-Time Purchase and Effect of Refund

OLSAT.net Practice Passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Each pass normally provides 90 days of access beginning when payment is confirmed. No subscription cancellation is required.

A full refund ends access and the license associated with the refunded purchase. A partial refund or exchange will identify the access that remains. Practice history may be retained in restricted form where reasonably necessary for account integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Other Sellers and Non-Waivable Rights

If a receipt identifies an authorized third-party seller, contact that seller using the procedures shown on the receipt. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising rights through your payment provider, regulator, or court.

9. Policy Updates

MAANHAAS LLC may update this policy by publishing a revised version on OLSAT.net. The policy in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase; later changes will not retroactively reduce your refund rights.

10. Our Commitment

We aim to provide high-quality educational practice resources and fair support when a purchase does not meet reasonable expectations. Contact our support team with questions or requests for assistance.
